• The Gel Heel Protectors come in a pair and are designed with an inner gel and outer covering for comfort and vapour permeability. They fit around the heel and ankle providing protection to these sensitive area and reducing the risk of developing pressure ulcers when the patient is the the supine or lateral position.

  Gel is enclosed in a wipe clean P.U. cover with Velcro straps.

• Inner polyurethane gel compound with a 3 link multi-stetch additive.

  Outer polyurethane 14thou cover to prevent tearing while giving optimal pressure relief.
  The gel boots are covered in a wipe clean, multi-stretch, vapour-permeable cover, offering extra comfort.

  Fire Retardancy: Crib 5, Ignition Source 0

  Cleaning : Clean with 0.1% Hypo Chlorite solution and warm water, ensure the product is dried
  thoroughly prior to use.
  Medical wipes can also be used.

• Place the Heel Protectors on the patients feet while in the supine or lateral position.

  Secure with the Velcro straps.
