A: Yes, all our hospital equipment is manufactured in house at our Stockport factory.
Q: Can Teasdale manufacture operating mattresses for different tables?
A: Yes, we manufacture for all table sizes, at very competitive prices.
Q: Can bespoke products be requested?
A: Yes. As we manufacture all our hospital equipment in house, we can offer a bespoke service tailored to the needs of our customers.
Q: Are NHS discounts offered?
A: No. The reason is that we offer competitive rates to all of our customers as standard, although we do offer product discounts throughout the year.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Lead time is guaranteed to be within 4 weeks.
Q: Is the hospital equipment fire retardant?
A: Yes, all equipment is fire retardant to Crib 5.
Q: Is the hospital equipment latex free?
A: The majority of our products are latex free, speak to one of our advisors for more detail.
Q: Do we service the Mentor operating mattress?
A: Yes. The Mentor Operating Mattress is serviced yearly at the customer’s request. The Mentor operating table is also available for rent or lease purchase.
Q: Do we repair our hospital equipment?
A: Yes, we can repair our own products. We can also repair other supplier’s products as long as the design is not changed.
Q: Are all products delivered?
A: Yes, we arrange for a courier to deliver your items. We advise you of the carriage charge beforehand, and the payment is added to your invoice.
