• A Foam-Gel hybrid cushion whereby a Polyurethane Gel pad is bonded to a castellated foam base to offer flexibility of movement and pressure relief. The polyurethane gel is manufactured from a unique compound created by Teasdale and has been widely used in the Operating Theatre for over 30 years offering pressure relief for lengthy procedures.
