Dynamic Operating Table Air Mattress and Pump

Ideal for patients who are at particular risk from pressure ulcers during lengthy procedures and also in which a patient’s circulation may be compromised.

This mattress uses a system of cells which inflate and deflate in a sequence to offer optimum pressure relieve

Manufactured to fit all table models and is available in 1/2 or 3/4 size for Lithotomy positions.

For Maxilla Facial procedures, where the head needs to remain still, the cells can be replaced with memory foam while relieving pressure from the body.

Base Foam: High resilient foam encapsulated in a polyurethane cover

Top Foam: Visco ‘memory foam’ topper.

Cells: Cells are located between the two layers of foam and are manufactured from polyurethane

Cover: Polyurethane cover with welded seams

Tubing: Polyurethane

Mattress and Pump manual provided upon request and issued with all systems.

Fire Retardancy: Crib 5, Ignition source 0 to BS7177

Cleaning: 1,000 ppm diluted or 0.1% hypochlorite solution (to be used in conjunction with local infection control guidelines).

Place the mattress on the operating table in replacement of the standard mattress and secure the straps to the accessory rail.

Hang the pump handles onto the accessory rail and plug into the mains.

The mattress will take around 15-20 minutes to inflate, after which it will start to ‘alternate’,
Do not place the patient on the mattress until this mattress system is fully alternating.
